It is available through the ‘OnePlus Care’ app powered by Service. But the manual activation of the same is a roadblock. Downloading the ‘OnePlus Care- by Servify’ app from Google Play .Register under ‘My Devices’ completes the manual activation process. Scanning the invoice or alternatively clicking an image of the same . It will help to verifies the purchase and subsequently registers the device. A message pops up post this, confirming the enabling of the warranty within 3 days. What stands out is the verification of details of the OnePlus 3 user by Servify team post verification. Additional features of the OnePlus Care app include allowing users to save bills and warranty information .It will receive alerts for warranty expiry and providing real time status updates during repair of OnePlus 3. Users can also get the device picked up from there homes or offices. One limitation is that it is available only in few city now.
