How to Claim Jio Mobile Refund:
In order to reclaim the Jio Mobile refund i.e security deposit of Rs. 1,500 paid for the Reliance Jio Mobile, you will have to wait for three years from the date of purchase of the handset. But this has a catch. You will only get the full amount of refundable security back when you hand over the device to the company. There have been reports by Economic Times, which stated, Bank of America Merrill Lynch had said that the refund of Rs 1,500 on the Reliance Jio Mobile will be lower if the phone is returned prematurely. “Reliance Jio Mobile may have options for upgrades of handsets,” it said. So, this effectively means that you cannot keep the Reliance Jio Mobile for yourselves and will have to hand back the device in order to claim your security deposit.
