  5. Hi, I am using MottoG4+. I am using also Jio sim for last 3months. Now for the past 1 week my voice calls dont get through. Whenever I call via Jio I get a message. “call failed, Try another method. – OK -“. I have to make calls with the other sim that is loaded in the second slot. The Jio on their call centre say that the sim remains registered and no requirement for doing it again.

    Today on reading your blog I dailed *#*#4634#*#* and enabled the volte flag, switched off and on twice. But no calls.

    Jio4Gvoice says that “Unable to detic Jio SIM with which Jio4Gvoice is configured” on the drag down from the top of main screen. And the dailer says “Please use your phone dailer to make calls as this is a volte phone”.
